About me
I am an experienced Multilingual, Multicultural, General Manager, who, after 20 progressive years of hands on International Management, including the openings of a 5 star deluxe Resort in Bali & a business boutique hotel in Brussels, various Regional Management Positions, has been (for family reasons) during the period 2006 – 2009 a General Management Consultant in deluxe properties in such diverse places as The Philippines, Cameroon, Azerbaijan, Jamaica, Morocco and Tunisia. These experiences were fantastic and have given me much more knowledge then I could have had as GM.
By leading from the front and by example, being highly organized, energetic, culturally aware, diplomatic, with effective communication skills (both horizontal and vertical), with a sense of humor and a lot of common sense, my own very high standards and attention to detail rub off on my colleagues and employees alike, which makes it easier to deliver day in, day out the same outstanding and superior guest service in the hotel and facilitate effective decision making at all levels.
